Bio:
Hannah Rowe is a talented bowling all-rounder who can score runs in the lower-middle order when needed. She made her ODI debut on February 26, 2015, against England, during a home series in Lincoln. Subsequently, Rowe made her T20 International debut on July 13, 2015, against India during the New Zealand women’s tour of India in Bengaluru.
Rowe is an experienced bowler who can bowl in both the initial and death overs. She started playing cricket when she was eight and began her cricketing career with Te Kawau Juniors. She was named in the Women’s Global Development Squad for a five-match series in Australia. Rowe received her maiden T20 Women’s World Cup call in 2018. She was also part of New Zealand’s team for the 2022 Women’s Cricket World Cup in New Zealand. Over time, Rowe has become one of the key figures in the White Ferns’ bowling unit. She also claimed a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Rowe does not have extensive experience playing in different domestic leagues; having represented only the Central Districts Women and Central Districts Under-21s women’s teams.
