Players to watch

Jhumia Khatun: 

The right-handed middle-order batter of Gymkhana led the run chase from the front in her last game against Kalighat Club. She muscled an undefeated 66 off 48, including four boundaries and two sixes. She came into bat when her team was struggling at 11/3 in four overs. She guided the run chase and saw her side home with a four-wicket win chasing 123.

Sanchita Adhikary: 

She was one of the two wicket-takers for Gymkhana in the last fixture against Rajasthan Club. She scalped 16/1 in four overs. Opening the bowling with captain Sukanya Parida, she bowled well with the new ball and was the most economical one for her side.

Kashish Agarwal: 

The captain of Rajasthan Club was at the helm of the run chase in the last encounter against Kalighat Club. The right-hander smashed 56 off 55, peppering the boundary rope seven times. She scored more than half of her team’s total of 100 runs. She held the innings together and there till the 17th over.

Roshni Khatun: 

She was the most successful bowler for Rajasthan Club in the last game against Kalighat Club. The right-arm quick claimed 13/2 in two overs and was effective in the middle phase of the innings. She hit the right straps consistently and yielded rich dividends.

It will be the 10th match of the tournament at this venue, with the ninth game being played early in the day.
