Players to watch

The all-rounder of Hobart Hurricanes top-scored with 35 off 28 in her last match against Perth Scorchers. The right-handed middle-order batter smashed three boundaries and two sixes. Apart from this, she bowled a couple of overs of right-arm medium pace, conceding 17 runs.
Molly Strano:
The wily right-arm off-spinner of Hobart Hurricanes picked up 16/1 in three overs against Perth Scorchers in her last fixture. She opened the bowling with Hayley Jensen and struck on the very first ball, getting rid of the dangerous Sophie Devine. She was one of the only two wicket-takers for her team in that game and was one of the most economical bowlers.
Tahlia Wilson:
The right-handed middle-order batter and wicket-keeper of Sydney Thunder starred with the bat in her last game against Perth Scorchers. She mustered 28 off 35, including four hits to the fence. In the process, she stitched a 54-run partnership with Anika Learoyd for the fifth wicket.
Chloe Tryon:
The South African all-rounder was the lone wicket-taker for Sydney Thunder in her last appearance against Perth Scorchers. The left-arm spinner accounted for 8/1 in one over. In addition to her bowling, she is known for her hard-hitting batting abilities. She is an attacking right-handed middle-order batter.
Pitch
It will be the tournament’s fourth match at the venue, out of which the teams batting first have won one, and the teams batting second have won two. Rainy and cloudy conditions will make the toss important. Batting could be tricky as the batters may find it challenging to score quick runs. Bowlers, on the other hand, will get some purchase from the conditions.
Weather
It is expected to rain a little in the morning; otherwise, there will be a thick cloud cover. The highest temperature attained during the day will be 22 degrees Celsius. There will be a 99 percent cloud cover and a 57 percent chance of rain. The wind will blow from the east-northeast.
