2nd innings: England women development – 15/1 (2)
Kelly departed early on 6(3) off Deepti Sharma’s bowling as B Heath had joined Tammy Beaumont and the two remained unbeaten on 1(2) and 8(7) respectively, but no further play was possible due to rain and the game eventually concluded with a result.
For the game to end with a result, it simply is as English an end it could get. Anyways, there’s enough to like in the fact that India took the field and batted a complete inning and have gained match fitness to some degree.
