The all-new hundred ball tournament, The Hundred last summer had its first edition get underway which turned out to be a very successful launch by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). The success of the tournament wasn’t just to do with numbers be it of the viewership and the money coming in, but in a wider sense with the growth of women’s cricket. The tournament’s 2nd edition is all set to get underway on the 11th of August.
The league in its opening edition last summer had players from all over the world, but the Australian touch was missing which will be on display this summer that’ll see the tournament get a lot bigger and better. Winners of the opening edition, the Oval Invincibles are set to take on Northern Supercharges for this year’s opener. Below is the entire schedule for the summer’s The Hundred women’s tournament.
