India’s veteran bowling star Jhulan Goswami has climbed her way to second place on the ODI bowling charts. The right-arm bowler has picked a total of 377 international wickets which includes 240 wickets in ODIs, 41 in Test matches, and 56 in T20Is. Goswami is also the record holder for most wickets in women’s ODI with 240 scalps.

At the third ODI against Australia in the ongoing series, Jhulan picked 3 wickets giving away 37 runs. She helped India defeat Australia and break their 26-unbeaten-ODI record. This performance helped her climb two spots to the second position in the bowling chart and place 10th on the all-rounder’s chart.

Apart from Goswami, England’s bowling duo Anya Shrubsole and Kate Cross entered the top 10 and placed 9th and 10th respectively. In their series against New Zealand, Shrubsole picked 3 wickets in the final two ODIs while cross scalped 3 wickets in the fifth ODI.

In the batting ranks, Beth Mooney showed a drastic upward movement, climbing eight spots to enter the Top 10 and place 8th. In the CommBank Series against India, she scored 177 runs including a century and a half-century. Australia’s keeper-batter Alyssa Healy moved up a spot and placed second on the batting chart while India’s opener Smriti Mandhana placed 6th. Mithali Raj, however, moved down two places to land third on the chart. South Africa’s Lizelle Lee acquired the top seat among the batters.
