Marie Kelly produced one of the earliest performances on this list during the Women’s Twenty20 Cup in 2022. Warwickshire played Gloucestershire twice that day, and Kelly made a strong contribution in both matches. In the first game, she scored 99 from 61 balls, narrowly missing a century. She returned for the second match with the same attacking approach and reached her half-century in just 15 deliveries. Kelly finished with 60 from 27 balls. Gloucestershire had made 131/6, and Warwickshire reached the target in 12.2 overs. Warwickshire won by eight wickets.

Australian batter Laura Harris recorded another 15-ball fifty in the 2025 Women’s Super Smash. She was making her debut for Otago against Canterbury at Alexandra, with Otago needing to chase 145. The chase became difficult early on as Otago lost two wickets and were reduced to 46/2 in the sixth over. Harris then took charge and put pressure on the Canterbury bowlers with her attacking batting. She scored 52 from only 17 deliveries, including six fours and four sixes, and reached fifty in 15 balls. Canterbury had finished on 144/9, but Otago Sparks chased the target with 31 balls remaining. They won by seven wickets, with Harris’s fast innings helping turn the chase in their favour.

Rawat’s record-setting effort came in the 2026 Senior Women’s T20 Trophy Elite match between Uttarakhand and Hyderabad at the MCA Cricket Stadium in Pune. Uttarakhand chose to bat first, and opener Raghvi Bist gave the side a strong start with an unbeaten 72. Rawat then added a rapid unbeaten 50, needing only 14 deliveries to reach the half-century. Her innings included six boundaries and four sixes, and she scored at a strike rate of 357.14. Uttarakhand finished on 187/2, with Rawat making a major contribution to the total. She also showed her value with the ball, taking 2/12 in four overs. Hyderabad were restricted to 98/8, and Uttarakhand secured an 89-run victory.

Pakistan captain Fatima Sana also reached fifty in 15 balls in 2026, during the third WT20I against Zimbabwe in Karachi. Pakistan were 150/4 in the 16th over when Sana came in and provided a powerful finish. She stayed unbeaten on 62 from 19 deliveries, hitting 10 boundaries and two sixes. Her quick scoring helped Pakistan take their total to 223/4. Zimbabwe struggled in the chase and were bowled out for 90. Pakistan won the match by 133 runs and completed a clean sweep in the series. Sana’s 15-ball half-century placed her alongside Kelly and Harris among the fastest scorers in the format.

Anya Vaidya completes the list with a 16-ball fifty for Sweden against Bulgaria in a WT20I in Ilfov County in 2026. She made the most of her opportunity with an attacking display, using boundary hitting to put the Bulgarian bowling attack under pressure. Her half-century was the fastest international fifty by a player from an associate nation. Vaidya continued contributing during the closing overs and helped Sweden build a strong total. Sweden went on to win the match by a massive margin.
