The Super-3 framework has been specifically structured to bridge the gap between regional domestic cricket and high-intensity tournament play. A refined cohort of 39 players selected from the preceding national leg has been split across three 13-player rosters, namely Champions, Incredibles, and Warriors. Over the course of seven total fixtures, the three teams will face off in a double round-robin league phase, with the top two teams on the points table earning a spot in the November 5 final.

Leadership duties across the three setups have been assigned to prominent national stars. Leg-spinner Tuba Hassan will captain Champions, top-order batter Gull Feroza takes charge of Incredibles, and wicketkeeper-batter Muneeba Ali leads Warriors. Beyond title honours, significant financial stakes are on the line, with the tournament winners taking home PKR 1.5 million, while the runners-up will be awarded PKR 1 million.
