A right-arm fast bowler and left-handed batter, Clark has already demonstrated her ability to contribute in both departments. Her progress earned her a rookie state contract with South Australia for the 2025-26 season, reflecting the confidence placed in her potential. She further strengthened her credentials during the Spring Challenge, where she picked up four wickets. Among her notable performances was an impressive spell of 2/17 from four overs, highlighting her ability to deliver economical spells while making important breakthroughs.

Clark’s development has also been shaped by her experience representing Australia at the junior international level. In 2023, she was selected as the youngest member of Australia’s Under-19 T20 squad and made an immediate impact with the ball. Across five matches, she claimed 12 wickets, including an outstanding performance of 3/15. Her ability to deliver consistent performances against international opposition showcased her potential as a young pace-bowling prospect. She subsequently represented Australia in the Under-19 ODI Tri-Series against Sri Lanka and New Zealand, gaining further exposure to international cricket and valuable experience against different playing conditions.

Her performances during the 2023-24 season earned her a place in the SA Premier Cricket Team of the Year, selected by the captains and coaches of the participating clubs. Having grown up in South Australia’s Mid North, Clark has progressed steadily through the state’s cricket pathway, making her WBBL opportunity a significant achievement in her journey.

Adelaide Strikers head coach Luke Williams expressed his excitement about bringing the young cricketer into the squad, highlighting her all-round abilities and leadership qualities. He further highlighted her qualities as a pace bowler and her ability to contribute with the bat, while also acknowledging the leadership qualities she has displayed throughout her development. The Strikers coaching staff are looking forward to supporting her continued growth within the programme.
