The finale of the T20I series between Pakistan Women and South Africa Women will be played at the Diamond Oval, Kimberley, on February 16th. The Pakistan Women have had a really bad couple of months in international cricket, as their last victory came months ago. Fatima Sana will be under immense pressure as she failed to secure even a single win in the 2025 ICC Women’s ODI World Cup. She will be hopeful that she can at least get her side to win the finale and guard the pride of their national side. As we move into the finale of the bilateral series, here are the top 3 players to watch out for the Pakistan side:
3) Muneeba Ali

Muneeba Ali, the Pakistan wicket-keeper batter, has been a good batter for the side over the past couple of years. In her T20I career, she has scored 1471 runs from 80 innings at a strike rate of 96. She has been quite in this series so far with just 28 runs. She will be looking to get that one big innings to break the shackles and boost her confidence. She will be a key batter for the Pakistan side, if they wish to avoid the whitewash in the series.
2) Sadia Iqbal

Sadia Iqbal, the Pakistan bowler, has been a consistent bowler for the Pakistan side with her wicket-taking skills. In her T20I career, she has picked up 64 wickets from 52 innings at an economy of 5. She picked up 2 important wickets in the last games and gave away just 15 runs in her spell. She will be looking to keep up her good work from the last game and take her side to victory to guard their honour.
1) Fatima Sana

Fatima Sana, the Pakistan skipper, has been their best player in recent years with her consistent performances. In her T20I career, she has scored 516 runs from 33 innings at a strike rate of 128, and she has also picked up 41 wickets from 49 innings at an economy rate of 7. She didn’t get going in the second match but in the opening game, she scored a power-packed 90 against the Proteas to set up a decent total on board. Fatima will be hoping that she can avoid the whitewash with one good performance at least.
