Prendergast was in superb form during Ireland’s recent 2-1 series win over Pakistan, making significant contributions with both bat and ball. Her all-round performances earned her the well-deserved Player of the Series award.

The right-hander scored 144 runs across the three matches, averaging an impressive 72, while also contributing with the ball, taking four crucial wickets with her dependable medium pacers.

Her standout performances propelled Prendergast to a new career-high rating, climbing eight spots to 19th overall among T20I batters. She also surged three places to reach sixth in the T20I all-rounder rankings.

Ireland teammates Laura Delany and Rebecca Stokell also made notable gains in the T20I batter rankings, with Delany rising five spots to share 50th place and Stokell climbing five places to 77th. On the Pakistan side, Muneeba Ali and Fatima Sana made their mark as well, with Ali moving up three spots to join 32nd, while Sana climbed four rungs to 59th, reflecting their strong performances throughout the series.

There was a shake-up at the top of the T20I bowler rankings, with Australian all-rounder Annabel Sutherland claiming the number one spot despite not playing an international match in the past week. Sutherland, who hasn’t featured in T20Is since her four-wicket haul against New Zealand in March, maintains a rating of 736. Her rise came as several top-ranked bowlers lost points over the last week.

Pakistan spinner Sadiq Iqbal, who was previously the No. 1 ranked T20I bowler, slipped to equal second alongside India’s Deepti Sharma after taking just three wickets in the series against Ireland. This performance resulted in Iqbal losing rating points and surrendering the top spot, allowing Annabel Sutherland to rise to No. 1 for the first time in her emerging career.
