The 26-year-old Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma was recently a part of the 4th edition of the Women’s Hundred, representing the London Spirit led by skipper Heather Knight. She played a crucial role in helping her side clinch their maiden Women’s Hundred title.

She was the 3rd highest run-scorer for her side, with 212 runs at a strike rate of 132.50 in six innings. She was dismissed only once in the tournament and came against Oval Invincibles. Apart from her exploits with the bat, she also picked up 8 wickets with the ball for her side. She had a fairytale finish to the tournament as she sealed the game for her side with an iconic six to take her side to glory in the Women’s Hundred, their maiden title triumph.

She represented UP Warriors led by skipper Alyssa Healy, she was the highest-run scorer for her side and the 5th-highest run-scorer of the tournament with 295 runs to her name. She scored with an impressive strike rate of 136.57.

She had a mind-boggling average of 98.33 in 8 innings. Her tally of runs includes three half-centuries. She was dismissed only thrice in the tournament. Apart from her exploits with the bat, she was also the 2nd highest wicket-taker for her side with 10 wickets in 8 innings.

The tournament will commence on 3rd October 2024 and conclude on 20th October 2024. India will kickstart their T20 World Cup campaign on 4th October 2024 against New Zealand in Sylhet from 6:30 PM IST.
