Gaur, 18, who was retained by Manchester Originals for the fourth year of the competition, continues to recover from a side strain and will use the period to continue her rehabilitation with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and Thunder medical teams.

The 2024 edition of The Hundred is scheduled to run from July 23 to August 18, with the season opener featuring the Oval Invincibles against Birmingham Phoenix. Southern Brave emerged victorious in the 2023 Women’s Hundred. In the upcoming season, Manchester Originals will play their first match against Welsh Fire on July 25. In the previous season, the Originals’ women’s team finished 7th in the standings, winning only 2 out of their 8 matches.

Gaur last represented England in December 2023 against India at Wankhede. She was ruled out from the England squad for the ongoing T20I series against New Zealand after picking up her injury.
