England struck at regular intervals, never allowing Sri Lanka to settle as they slumped to 67/5 (8.3).
Freya Kemp then struck three times in an over, reducing Sri Lanka to 92/8 in 13 overs, and finished with 4/21 (4).
Nilakshika Silva's 37 helped Sri Lanka reach 132, but England still cruised to a dominant 87-run win.
