Ellyse Perry (36) and Georgia Wareham (32) chipped in with handy contributions as Australia posted a competitive 172/8 (20).

Nonkululeko Mlaba, Ayabonga Khaka and Nadine de Klerk picked up two wickets each for South Africa.

In reply, Laura Wolvaardt’s 44 was the only standout effort for South Africa, with wickets falling regularly around her.

Sophie Molineux (2/17) removed Wolvaardt before Alana King's twin strike (2/26) triggered a collapse.

South Africa were bowled out for 107, with Georgia Wareham claiming 3 wickets as Australia sealed a dominant 65-run win.
