Australia and the Netherlands faced off for the first time ever in Match 14 of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026.

Despite early wickets of Georgia Voll and Ellyse Perry, Beth Mooney (74 off 42), alongside Ash Gardner, kept Australia on track.

The pair powered Australia to 152/3 in 14.2 overs before Gardner departed (58), laying the foundation for a massive total.

Georgia Wareham then blasted 41 off 18 balls, helping Australia post a record 219, their highest-ever Women's T20 World Cup score.

The Netherlands lost both openers early to Kim Garth but recovered through a resilient partnership.

Babette de Leede (56*) and Steere Kallis (44) hung in the middle, guiding the Netherlands to 121/3 from their 20 overs.

Australia completed a commanding 98-run win, making it three wins from three in the tournament.
